Tania Zapata and Alexander Torrenegra started Voice123 in 2003 with a team spread across Colombia, and have built companies with remote Latin American teams ever since: Bunny Studio, then Torre.ai. nearshore.now is the staffing company they wished had existed when they were hiring. They live in Napa, California.
Tania co-founded Voice123 in 2003, one of the first online marketplaces for voice actors, and later Bunny Studio, where she served as CEO. Both companies were built with teams spread across Latin America long before remote work was the norm.
At nearshore.now she runs the client side: the intake call, the shortlist and the first months of every placement.
Alexander co-founded Voice123, Bunny Studio and Torre.ai, the AI-powered talent network. He has been a Shark on Shark Tank Colombia and Shark Tank México, and has hired remote professionals across Latin America for more than twenty years.
