These terms cover the use of this website. Staffing engagements are governed by the services agreement each client signs, not by this page.
Use of the site
You may browse this site and use its content to learn about nearshore.now and nearshore staffing. You may not copy the content for commercial use, scrape it at scale, or use it to train systems that compete with us, without written permission. Reasonable quotation with attribution is fine.
Information on the site
Figures on this site, such as time-to-shortlist and cost savings, describe typical engagements and are not a guarantee for any specific role. Country facts, including labor rules and time zones, are provided for orientation and can change; we confirm the current rules for your engagement in writing. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or immigration advice.
Third-party services
Booking a call uses Google Calendar. Candidate sourcing uses Torre.ai. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, nearshore.now is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site's content or from interruptions to its availability.
