Fithonest answer on the call

When it fits, and when it doesn't.

A good fit when

  • You have a warehouse or are setting one up, and someone on your side owns the questions.
  • You want a person embedded with the teams that use the numbers.

Not the right tool when

  • You need a one-time dashboard built. A contractor is cheaper for that.

Related roles

01Do you test SQL skills?

Yes. Every data candidate does a timed SQL exercise on a realistic dataset before we shortlist them, and we share the results with you.

02Can a nearshore analyst work with sensitive data?

Yes, under the same controls as any employee: your accounts, your access policies, a signed NDA and data-handling terms in the contract. We provide the equipment, and you control the access.

03Data analyst or analytics engineer: which one do I need?

If the numbers exist and nobody has time to answer questions, an analyst. If the numbers disagree with each other, an analytics engineer to fix the model first. We will tell you which on the call.

04Can I hire a nearshore data analyst through staffing or recruitment?

Either. With nearshore staffing, nearshore.now employs the data analyst in their country and you pay a flat monthly fee. With nearshore recruitment, we run the same search and vetting, and you hire the data analyst directly for a one-time fee.
