Privacy policy.
What we collect on this site, why, and what we do with it. Short, because there is not much.
What we collect on this website
This website does not have forms. When you book a call, you do so on a Google Calendar booking page, and Google's privacy policy applies to the information you enter there. We receive the name, email address, and any notes you provide, and we use them to run the call and follow up.
If analytics is enabled on this site, it collects aggregate usage data such as pages visited, referring sites and approximate location. We use it to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell it and we do not use it to identify you.
What we collect during hiring
If you become a client, we collect the information needed to run the engagement: contact details, the roles you are hiring for, contract and billing information. If you are a candidate, we collect the information you provide to Torre.ai and to us, including your résumé, interview notes, test results and references, and we share it with the client whose role you are being considered for. We keep candidate information as long as we have a legitimate reason to, and delete it on request.
Who we share it with
Service providers we use to run the business (calendar, email, payroll and HR providers in each country, and, for candidates, Torre.ai), and, for candidates, the clients considering you. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation, and we honor them. Contact us through the calendar booking page or the address on our contracts.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and note the date at the top.
